Clarence Edgar Walker

Clarence “Big Bay” Walker, Sr. passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 63. He was Born on November 1, 1959, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of the late Clarence and Katherine Burnside Walker.  

 He was a kind, loving, family oriented, funny man, who always was willing to help people in need.  Let’s just say he was the Life of the Party!  He always was styling and profiling and loved to dress.  Big Bay loved working on cars and his vehicles had to match his style.  Clarence, Sr. was previously employed by Trimble Transportation Mobility, retiring in 2023.

Big Bay was a loving brother, father, and grandfather.  Big Bay loved to dress in the finest clothing; work on cars (especially his own), loved to fish, listen to music, watch westerns, and fellowship with his friends and family.

Clarence, Sr. is survived by two daughters, Nina Jones, Denver Colorado, Cassandra Settje, Davenport, Iowa; three sons, James Holland, Iowa City, Iowa, Jamel Day, Waterloo, Iowa; Clarence Walker, Jr., Minneapolis, MN; one step-daughter, Brittany Jones, Minneapolis, MN; two brothers; Donell Walker, St. Paul, MN; Sylvester Walker, Waterloo, Iowa, and one sister; Shirley Walker, Atlanta, Georgia; a special niece, Toi Walker, Atlanta, Georgia; eight grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Clarence, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Walker and Katherine Burnside Walker and one granddaughter, D’ejah Renae’.
