Dylan B. Wieland, age 23, of West Saint Paul (formerly of South St Paul) passed away unexpectedly from injuries sustained in an accident in the early morning of May 5th, 2021.
Dylan was born to Tammy and Blaine on May 3rd, 1998. Dylan was always an incredibly funny, and enjoyable person to be around. He loved getting involved in anything hands-on. Dylan enjoyed spending his free time fixing up vehicles, enjoying time on the lake fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Over the past couple of years Dylan grew into the role as a honorary older brother to his significant others siblings. Dylan was a fantastic role model for them, and showed them immense amounts of love. Dylan is the father to Luna, and significant other to the love of his life, Sam. As a family, they were always so close-knit. They enjoyed spending their time together outside, going for drives, and making each other laugh. Luna idolized her father, and Sam loved him immensely.
Dylan will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Tammy and Blaine. Daughter, Luna. Significant other, Sam. Siblings, Jolene, Jamie, Jesse, John and Jocelyn. And honorary siblings, Laura, Nathanial, Adrianna, Carlos, and Maya. Along with many other relatives and friends that love him dearly.
Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10:30AM, Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Saint John Vianney Catholic Church 789 17th Avenue North, South St. Paul, MN with a visitation one hour prior to mass. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery in St. Paul, MN. With a luncheon to follow at Josephs Grill in St. Paul. Although the mask mandate has been lifted, we ask that masks are still worn due to this event being a larger gathering. There will be many people in attendance whose health we do not want to put at risk.
Memorials contributions can be made directly to Daughter Luna, and Significant other, Sam.
