Joseph Patrick Couillard (Joe), born July 18, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN to parents Patrick J. Couillard and Roberta E. Couillard (Bobbie). Joe passed away on January 24, 2022.

He is survived by his mother; sisters, Jacqueline A.C. Ferry (John) AL, Jill A. Martin GA, and Jennifer M. Tucker (Robert) NY; stepsiblings, Troy Reeves AL, Jena Reeves AL, and Kim Reeves Graham (Yancy) AL; a myriad of Merriam and Couillard cousins; and nieces and nephews, Megan Ferry Rexford (Kirk) AL, Ryan Ferry AL, Jessica Martin (Ryan) MN, Jeremy Martin (Miranda) FL, Allison Tucker (Berlin, Germany), Harrison Tucker CO, and Gavin Graham AL.

Joe is predeceased by his father; stepfather, Troy Reeves Jr; grandparents, Helen and Winslow Joseph; and partner, Harvey Moten.
