Richard A. Newlin, age 82 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2020 at United Hospital from SARS Covid complications.

Son of William Z Newlin and Elenor Henderson. Survived by Brother William Z Newlin(Sharon) and sister Sara Andert (Lenard) daughters Tam Marie Hayek(Timothy), Sandra Newlin, sons Richard Keith, and Christopher Michael (Nicole)3 grandsons Patrick James(Arianna) Jeffrey Allen(Siri) and Noah .
