Sada Ann Ostrowski

Sada Ann Ostrowski, age 44 of Hinckley, MN passed away at her home on Sunday May 28th, 2023.  

Sada was born in Mora, MN on July 17, 1978 to Steve and Lynne Ostrowski.  Sada spent her childhood in Mora where she graduated in the class of 1996.  After graduation she attended Cambridge Community College, and St. Cloud Tech in the Electrical Program. Sada studied abroad in China for four months with her sister Alyssa in 1998 and in 2004 she and her mom studied marble carving in Italy.

She had numerous jobs and was great at many things.  Sada was truly a “Jane of all trades,” from electrical work to office work.  Her greatest joys were helping others and she loved to cheer people up with gifts. She enjoyed hobbies where her creativity was used such as painting, portrait drawing, writing poetry, dancing, and crocheting. Wherever Sada was, a bit of glitter could be found. 

Her love for family and friends was immense.  She liked spending time fishing, bowling, swimming, going to movies, and playing on the many recreational vehicles her Dad brought home. Sada poured her heart into loving her nephew Eli and was very proud of his accomplishments, and the young man he is today. She spoiled her fur baby Lucy, and above all, Sada loved her Sister with no limit.

Sada will be lovingly remembered by her parents Steven and Lynne Ostrowski; one sister Alyssa Alexander; nephew Eli Peterson; uncles Dana Ostrowski and Rick (Deb) Ponto; aunts Colleen (Duane) Williams and Gloria (Steve) Schindeldecker; cousins and special friends. 

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Lyle and Lorna Ponto; paternal grandparents Stanley and Shannon Ostrowski; Uncles David Ostrowski and Daniel Ponto; two cousins Damon Ostrowski and Brian Rodenborg; and special friends Jeremy Engebretsen and Allen Jones.
