Tracie Evelyn Johnson

  Tracie Johnson AKA Momma T passed away on Saturday December 12th after a long battle with Cancer.

She fought harder than anyone but is now pain free. She is survived by her other half Grant, her children Jordan and Marissa, Her parents Jim and Veronica, her brother Shane, her dog Bandit, and every person who ever saw her smile. She was the perfect wife, the most amazing mother, and loved her family and friends more than anything. The world changed for the better on February 10th, of 1970 when Momma T was born. She met her sista from anotha mista Kelly early on and they were inseparable. She and Grant were married on April 28th, 1990. Tracie’s favorite things were her family, her kids, animals, the mountains and loved watching the Minnesota Vikings. Anyone who met her remembers her smile and the absolute perfect heart she had. She will be missed but now can enjoy all her favorite things without any pain.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday December 22nd at Hosanna Church in Lakeville with a visitation one hour prior.
