my brother passed away unexpectedly. I literally live 1000 miles away. I had no idea where to even begin on making the final arrangements for him. especially because I lived so far away. From start to finish Derek and Brad made the process so easy on my family when we lost my father-in-law a couple weeks ago. They were both so caring, kind, and compassionate through every step. The ease of communication and how prompt they were with every little change we threw at them was phenomenal. I've never experienced such great customer service.

The facility itself is so beautiful and open. Not dim and dreary like some funeral homes I've been to in the past. We had several guests comment to us about how much they loved the feel of the space and how inviting and bright it felt.

I can't recommend SUMMIT enough to anyone in need. It's not necessarily a business you want to say "we'll be back," but we will for sure be back when the need arises.

It was very important to us, after our son Nathan passed away, that we would be able to prepare and anoint his body before his cremation. I had spend all day with my husband he died at 8:30 P.M. I called Derek at Summit Funeral & Cremation, he was there in 45 minutes to help me thru my grief and to guide me on the things I had to do. He has such a calmness way about him. I can say I did not make a mistake choosing Summit, all should be as good

Losing my Mom was one of the hardest things . We were treated with respect. They were gentle and polite and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbyes.
They also came to the house instead of having my dad drive for all the arrangements. Very pleased with how professional they all are .

2019 was a difficult year for our family as we lost Mom in April and Dad in August. On both occasions, we turned to Derek for assistance in navigating the various components of their passing. From escorting them from the hospital and nursing home; coordinating with an out-of-state church for Mom's funeral and cremation, and an in-town visitation and cremation for Dad; making arrangements with the cemetery for their interment; and assisting with memorial markers, Derek managed everything professionally and with grace and compassion. He explained everything clearly and was especially adept at helping us put together beautiful and meaningful services that were within our budget. I recommend Derek and Summit Funeral & Cremation without hesitation.

Derek and the staff at Summit Funeral and Cremation made what was a difficult time, manageable and as stress free as possible.
